God has brought us together as a fellowship in order to do something so amazing, there is no doubt He must be involved.

Vision

Love God, Love People and Reach the World

This is the ultimate victory. This is the God-sized endeavor and is so near impossible that we have to allow God to be involved.

Jesus answered: Love the Lord your God will all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and will all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself. Luke 10:27

Mission

In order to love God, love people, and reach the world we will make disciples in relational environments.

This is the method we will embrace to see vision become reality. This is what Jesus did in His ministry.

And He went up on the mountain and summoned those whom He Himself wanted, and they came to Him. And He appointed twelve; so that they would be with Him and that He could send them out to preach, and to have authority to cast out the demons. Mark 3:13-15

Process

We intentionally care for everyone we encounter.

Change occurs when we share Jesus with others.

Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. 2 Corinthians 5:17

Assemble to worship and assimilate others into groups.

And every day they devoted themselves together in the temple complex, and broke bread from house to house. They ate their food with gladness and simplicity of heart, praising God and having favor with all the people. And every day the Lord added to them those who were being saved. Acts 2:46-47

Resource leaders through training and coaching.

And He personally gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, for the training of the saints in the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ, until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of God’s Son, into a mature man with a stature measured by Christ’s fullness. Ephesians 4:11-14

Equip others for service and encourage spiritual growth

Now as we have many parts in one body, and all the parts do not have the same function, in the same way we who are many are one body in Christ and individually members of one another. According to the grace given to us, we have different gifts; if prophecy, use it according to the standard of faith; if service, in service; if teaching, in teaching; if exhorting, in exhortation; giving, with generosity; leading, with diligence; showing mercy, with cheerfulness. Romans 12:4-8
